How long will my order take to be delivered?

We aim to ship your order within 5-7 working days. Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail 1st Class.

 

What if I need an exchange? 

We will replace products if they been damaged, however we will not be able to exchange or refund personalised items unless there is a fault on our part. Please check orders, spelling and sizes before payment.

 

What if an item doesn’t fit?

Please refer to our size guides for all your items as sizes are placed into to categories or ages per moths and year will vary from child to child and we do not exchange or refund personalised items.

 

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Please check our tracking service, all our items are signed delivery. If your item status shows its been delivered please contact us through email and we can assist you.

 

Can I amend my order?

You can amend your order as much as you like before you confirm payment, please check all size, spelling and items before this point as we are unable to issue a refund unless there is a fault on our part.

 

I’ve paid from an item out of stock? 

On the rare occasion the item you have paid for becomes out of stock we will email you to inform you and issue you a full refund or send the order as soon as it becomes back in stock.

 

How do I return a item? 

You can return an item if it is faulty on our part and has been unworn. Please refer to our return policy.

 

Do you deliver outside the uk? 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer international shipping.
